Halloo.. A note from our Founder

Firstly, we hope everyone is keeping safe, healthy, smiling and enjoying life.

Welcome to our New newsletter, but it's been such a long time since we last spoke to you directly. We try to add value in everything we do, so we will be linking up with businesses for giveaways, promotions and competitions in our newsletters moving forward, but this one is so we can get you up to speed with where we are and what we have been doing.

If our journey was at a theme park, it would definitely be a rollercoaster; with some ups, downs even some loop-the-loops, but ultimately it's a journey we would not change for the world. You don't lose, you learn and we have certainly done that. We want to give the best account of ourselves every day, be better than we were the day before and tap into our combined 25 years' experience of growing businesses. So….we took a few weeks downtime, we went away, brainstormed and put some fantastic procedures in place. We wanted to add more value, creativity and take businesses to the next level. From Launching our Pick ‘N’ Mix that connects businesses together, creating a hub, a one stop shop for all your businesses solutions, to the launch of our very successful CV reviewing and writing service, headed up by our Operations Manager Fay, who boasts 10 years recruitment experience and of course, our Flexi-plan business growth solution. After some tough conversations and butting heads in brainstorming sessions, we have now created our One stop shop model (Which we are so proud of).

We are now helping brands and businesses with funding, scaling up, logistics, events, recruitment drives and business development.

We are also excited to be involved in some large-scale events, collaborations and will be partnering up with some local and national businesses to take Lets Market to the next stage.

What we have learnt since we last spoke:

• Face to face meetings are the best! They're back and boy have we missed them! There's nothing better than being in front of someone, meeting them for the first time, bouncing ideas off each other, having a joke, having a drink together...in our opinion, beats Zoom any day!

• It's amazing what fresh air can do for you: Getting out for a walk is something that we learnt to love (not much choice) during lockdown, but something that we will continue with. It really does help you refresh, relax, unwind and potentially come up with some great ideas!

• Network, network, network! Face to face, over Zoom, via LinkedIn, over the phone...however you feel comfortable, make sure you are connecting with people, there is nothing better than a strong network who you can call on if you need to. You never know who you are going to meet, who or what they might know that can help your business or you theirs. We like nothing more than connecting businesses together and seeing working relationships blossom.

These are just some of the things we have learnt over the last few months. Whatever you are doing and whoever you are with, keep learning and growing. Here at Lets Market, we never stop learning.

On a personal note, I have only just got over the Euros final defeat, I have actually danced in front of a DJ as opposed to my kitchen, I have added a new suit to the collection, developed a love for bike riding, learnt how NOT to paddle board and cooked up a storm or two in the kitchen.
